Quiet Line^TM Aeration Systems

The Quiet Line Series^TM has been developed for aquatic environments from under 1 acre to 25 surface acres in size and meet the specifications for a variety of different lake sizes and depths.

The series outperforms rotary vane models and offers up to 40-50psi working pressure for deeper situations and/or long runs of tubing to service Duraplate^TM fine bubbles in remote situations.

All models come complete with locking fibreglass cabinet with steel hinges and hasps. Other features include a digital timer, high-flow cooling fan for extended compressor life, brass cooling manifold, brass regulator valves, stainless steel pressure gauge and PRV (pressure relief valve), fittings package, maintenance-free non-clogging duraplate^TM diffusers, optional self weighted 0.5inch heavy set feeder tubing for easy installation plus maintenance manual.

Models available

• 

  Selection is governed by lake size and number of diffusers needed with an optional choice to include self-weighted tubing.
  We will help you select equipment appropriate for your situation. Large or odd-shaped lakes are no problem.

• Up to 5 acres : KR-series with 1 to 4 Duraplate diffusers, 1/3HP Rocking Piston Compressor and optional 100 ft of selfweighted tubing.
• Up to 10 acres : DR-series with 4 to 8 Duraplate diffusers, (2or3) 1/3HP Rocking Piston Compressors.
• Up to 25 acres : TR-series with 6 to 12 Duraplate diffusers, (3) 1/3HP Rocking Piston Compressors.
• The solar option : SB-series for lake sizes from 1/4 to 5 acres, 1 to 4 diffusers, solar panels and battery backup for 20 hr per day operation.

Options

Options available are Adjustable Flow Meters, Ozone-Activated Oxygen Generators and Vandal-Proof Cabinets.
