LYMNOZYME Hatchery Formula

Specifications

Lymnozyme is a naturally occurring probiotic that improves water quality in shrimp and fish hatcheries. It is not a medication or chemo-therapeutic product. It is safe for fish, shellfish and aquatic organisms when used as directed. It is a patented (patent 6,878,373,B2) product designed to promote health in aquatic species.

Lymnozyme is a competative excluder of pathogenic microbial diseases such as Vibrio (Luminescent bacteria), Pseudomonas, Aeromonas, Streptococcus, Allococcus, Myxobacterium, Columnaris and other gram negative pathogens.

When introduced into the water, Lymnozyme creates competiton with negative bacteria and replaces it with bacteria that are beneficial to the pond in a process called competative exclusion. Lymnozyme produces small peptides which are toxic to pathogens of fish and shellfish.
