Having a decorative natural pond or water garden is one of the best additions to your home or property. The challenge is to keep it as clear and free of algae as it was when you started it.

The only way this can be achieved, in an environmentally friendly way, without manually cleaning the pond too often and without having to use damaging chemicals, is an ultrasonic device, the LG Sonic SSS.

This is the smallest and cheapest of the series of five LG Sonic devices which exterminate algae quickly and effective. The LG Sonic XS and SSS models are designed for owners of small hobby gardens with matching water parties.

The method of algae eradication is the same the other devices use : ultrasonic sound inaudible for humans and animals produces vibrations which rip the algae vacuoles, killing the algae.

Most kinds of dead algae sink to the bottom, the ones which come to float to the surface have to be scooped up from the water. Afterwards the development of the algae spores which drift into the water by the wind will be stopped from growing as long as the LG Sonic SSS will be operating in the pond.

The LG Sonic XS model is suitable for ponds up to 5 m, the SSS model for ponds up to 10 m.
